Pierre Cardin.
Robin has just come back from the AMO Nationals in Denver. Over
200 AMC's turned up at the show, 2 cars from Manitoba; Robin's Javelin
and Gabe's AMX, both bringing home a silver award from the show!

The current issue of Hemmings Classic Car has the
story on the new, for '56, 250-ci V8 engine design story. This
same engine design later came out in 287 and 327-ci displacements and
served AMC very well up to '66, when the new 290/343 came out.
The same issue has an interesting historical editorial by Patrick
Foster, an automotive journalist, about AMC and all of its affiliate
companies.
